Customer Success team
You'll be the first guide for new sellers on Havetap — from sign-up, to building their first page, to their first order. The goal: keep users comfortable, engaged, and growing over time.
What you'll do
- Walk new sellers through onboarding until their first page and product are published.
- Answer questions over WhatsApp, email, and chat with fast, friendly responses.
- Create short help materials (text, screenshots, quick videos) for the questions that come up most.
- Spot sellers who get stuck at a certain step and proactively reach out to help.
- Capture user feedback and pass it to the product team to improve the product.
- Help resolve light issues around payments, orders, and product delivery.
What we're looking for
- Empathetic and patient with users who are new to selling online.
- Clear written communication in Bahasa Indonesia (spoken is a plus for short calls).
- Comfortable with WhatsApp, email, and spreadsheets to manage many conversations.
- Detail-oriented when documenting cases and managing your own priorities.
- Having used Havetap (or a similar link-in-bio / commerce platform) is a plus.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience in customer support, e-commerce CS, or creator/SMB communities.
- Comfortable producing short educational content (how-to text, quick tutorial videos).

You'll make Havetap known and understood by Indonesian creators and small businesses. From educational content on social media to growth experiments that bring more people in and keep them using Havetap.
What you'll do
- Plan and produce educational content for Instagram, TikTok, and other channels (hooks, scripts, captions).
- Turn Havetap features into easy-to-grasp content: tutorials, selling tips, and seller case studies.
- Run growth experiments: A/B copy, headlines, and sign-up funnels, then measure the impact.
- Work with the Customer Success team to surface real seller stories.
- Manage the content calendar and review each piece's performance on a regular cadence.
- Optimize content for search (basic SEO) so potential users can find it.
What we're looking for
- Able to write clear, casual, and persuasive Bahasa Indonesia for a creator/SMB audience.
- Have created and managed content on at least one social platform consistently.
- Understand the funnel basics: awareness → sign-up → active use, and want to measure each step.
- Comfortable with simple data (engagement, conversion) to make decisions.
- Enjoy making short videos / carousels / copy — strong in at least one format.
Nice to have (not required)
- A portfolio of content you've created or managed (account links / Google Drive).
- Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, or other video editors.
- Have grown an account or community, even at a small scale.

You'll build and maintain Havetap's backend services in Go — from the APIs powering the app and public pages, to payment and shipping integrations. Your code touches real transactions.
What you'll do
- Develop and maintain reliable, maintainable backend APIs (REST) using Golang.
- Design safe data schemas, queries, and migrations — including order, product, and payment tables.
- Integrate external partners: payment gateways, shipping, email, and other services.
- Safeguard transaction integrity: amount validation, idempotency, webhook verification, and error handling.
- Build good observability (logging, metrics) so production issues surface quickly.
- Collaborate via code reviews and concise technical documentation.
What we're looking for
- Experience building production backend services with Go (Golang).
- Solid grasp of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL), including indexing and migrations.
- Familiar with REST APIs, input validation, error handling, and testing (unit/integration).
- Understand core security concepts: auth, hashing, and webhook signature verification.
- Able to read and write concise, clear technical documentation.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience integrating payment gateways and handling webhooks.
- Worked on systems handling real money (marketplace, fintech, e-commerce).
- Familiar with caching, queues/job runners, and cloud deployment.

You'll own features end-to-end at Havetap — from the UI that sellers and buyers touch, to the APIs and data behind them. Comfortable moving across the stack and caring about both how it looks and how it runs.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain user-facing features across the frontend, from marketing pages to dashboard flows.
- Develop and connect backend APIs that power the app and public pages.
- Write clean, typed, well-tested code that other engineers enjoy working in.
- Design safe data models and queries for orders, products, payments, and user content.
- Collaborate with design and customer success to ship features that solve real seller problems.
- Improve performance, accessibility, and reliability across the product.
What we're looking for
- Solid experience with TypeScript and a modern React-based framework.
- Comfortable building backend services and REST APIs, plus working with SQL databases.
- Understand the full request lifecycle — from browser to database and back.
- Care about UI detail, accessibility, and a smooth user experience.
- Write maintainable code with sensible tests and clear error handling.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience shipping a product end-to-end, from idea to production.
- Familiar with testing (unit/integration) and basic CI/deployment workflows.

Mobile Developer (iOS & Android)

You'll build and maintain native mobile apps for Havetap on iOS and Android — the apps our sellers and buyers use on their phones every day. Performance, offline resilience, and a polished mobile experience are the priority.
What you'll do
- Build and ship native features for the iOS and Android apps.
- Translate product designs into smooth, responsive mobile UIs.
- Integrate with Havetap's backend APIs (auth, payments, orders, content).
- Keep the apps fast, stable, and battery-friendly across a range of devices.
- Handle app store releases, versioning, and crash/performance monitoring.
- Collaborate with backend and design to define clean API contracts.
What we're looking for
- Experience building native iOS apps (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android apps (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose).
- Solid understanding of mobile UI, navigation, and lifecycle on both platforms.
- Comfortable consuming REST APIs and handling auth, caching, and error states on mobile.
- Care about performance, accessibility, and a native-feeling experience.
- Familiar with releasing apps to the App Store and Google Play.
Nice to have (not required)
- Experience with cross-platform frameworks (e.g. Flutter, React Native) is a plus.
- Familiar with push notifications, deep links, and offline-first patterns.
